Some good friends of ours asked Daddy & Mommy to go on a cruise with them. So, they packed their bags and headed on Royal Caribbean's Allure of the Seas for 7 days while we got to party at home! With several stops to tropical islands, gorgeous warm weather, eating lots of yummy food, and lots of relaxing by the pool, it was a wonderful trip with great friends!

One of their stops was gorgeous St. Thomas.

While in St. Thomas, they took a tour guided van ride to the beach. Before arriving to the beach, the guide told them a lot of St. Thomas history and took several pit stops. One was the infamous Banana Daquari place. While there, the guide told them about this special plant that, when touched, would curl up and turn brown. So, Daddy tried it...
...& it turned brown (see his Finger holding it?) So cool!
Then, we stopped in for a drink...

The Cruisers
Then, it was back in the car for some driving...and another pit stop with a beautiful view!

Then, they hit their destination...the beach! Though it doesn't look like it in the picture due to a cloudy day, the Caribbean waters are usually very, very blue. But, that didn't stop their fun...and they could still see their feet even when waist deep in the water!

While they were on the beach, the guys decided they wanted to try a little adventure...so they found stand up paddle boarding.

But, they loved it. The girls had a turn, too, but it lasted about 10 minutes before the boys were ready to have their turn again...but, it was still fun! Then, it was time to head back to the ship and enjoy our evening festivities!
Another stop in St. Maarten...filled with a little shopping & getting back on board the ship for swimming, relaxing, reading, and eating!

Second Formal Night

Daddy's favorite dessert on a cruise is the baked Alaska. He looks forward to it each cruise. So, on this cruise, he decided to order a double...and enjoyed every bite! :)

Their last day...and it was a lovely day at sea! Mommy & Mrs. Jodi were found relaxing, reading, and napping poolside. They boys would join in, but they'd also find activities to do as well!

Such a wonderful trip with wonderful friends. They had a great time sharing lots of laughs, lots of food, and making lots of memories.
